Keir has been working on and off with Dr Cathy for 19 years. She worked as a massage therapist here when she moved to Louisiana in 2002 for 10years, and then became a respiratory therapist. In respiratory, she traveled around the United States, worked with the Baton Rouge General and Ochsner locally, and was also in a department director in an LTAC setting for 6 years. Her back injuries have halted her work as a respiratory therapist, and now she is back to managing the Baton Rouge office at Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic. Thankfully, Dr Cathy keeps her upright and in a low level of pain with regular adjustments, decompression, and laser therapy.
My name is Melinda Hooper. I moved from the pacific northwest to Baton Rouge in 2009. I began working for Dr Cathy in 2014 as the office manager. I am now the financial manager and HR representative. My home base is now out of our Denham Springs office.
Working with Dr Cathy and seeing her help entire families for multiple issues has made this the best job that I've ever had. I've watched 6 year olds that have been treated by Dr Cathy since birth that she has helped with sleeping, colic and ear infections and more! I love being a part of a team in such a family oriented, natural, healing environment.
Rachael was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She graduated from the University of Lafayette in 2000 in general studies, but soon realized her true love was in health and wellness. She has been a licensed massage therapist and has worked with Dr Cathy for 18 years.
She performs deep tissue, prenatal and stress relief massage. She specializes in sciatic pain, headaches, upper back pain and more.
Rachael is effective in her deep tissue work while maintaining a spa like relaxing setting. She also incorporates heat and tapotement therapies encouraging the muscles to relax for deeper results. She loves people and take great pride in coming up with a wellness plan catered to her clients. The greatest reward is providing relief from chronic pain and eventually graduating her patients to a maintenance plan. She absolutely loves what she does and feels like it's her true calling?
My name is Noah Landry. I am a born and raised Louisianian. My hometown is Bruly, but I thoroughly enjoy traveling. I have lived in carious cities across south Louisiana as well as Missouri. Growing up wrestling and finding a passion in it, I always knew I wanted to help others the way other medical professionals and coaches helped me. I enjoy focused and concentrated therapy work, mainly implementing a lot of streth therapy, myofascial, cross fiber friction and trigger point techniques. The areas I specialize in are glutes, shoulders, and low back, as those are problem areas I see in myself. I look forward being able to assist in bettering your quality of life!
Ashley is married with 3 beautiful children. Ashley has been licensed since 2013 and has been working with Doctor Cathy since 2014. Using a handful of modalities, she can also assist with pain relief for TMJ, sciatica, rotator cuff syndrome, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, muscle sprains and strains, sports injuries, tension headaches & migraines, arthritis & rheumatoid arthritis, carpal tunnel, and fibromyalgia to name a few.
Ashley's goal is always to produce tangible results. She enjoys watching clients experience relief and leave with more range of motion and mobility and less pain.
