Meet Dr. Cathy Caillouet
Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic has proudly served Baton Rouge for over 20 years. Dr. Cathy works with a variety of specialists in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas in accommodating your health needs. We work with all major car and health insurance carriers including workers compensation and cash patients.
Dr. Cathy's specialty ranges from treating prenatal to pediatric patients, as well as auto injuries, sport injuries & injuries at work. Her staff includes 4 massage therapists and a host of chiropractic assistants to help in your needs.
She is native of New Jersey and a graduate of Tulane and Life University. She is a mother of 2 children, Kaylee & Christian, who attend Runnels school in Baton Rouge. Dr. Cathy enjoys CrossFitting, spending time with her kids, and traveling.

Dr. Ainsley Archer
Dr. Ainsley Archer grew up in Denham Springs, Louisiana where she graduated high school a year early and then went to Southeastern Louisiana University. After 2 years of undergraduate classes, she was accepted into an early acceptance program at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. She pursued a Bachelors in Human Anatomy and a Masters in Strength and Human Performance while concurrently in the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and laying out on the beach, as well as spending time with her younger sisters, family, and fiance. Dr. Archer is a lifelong member of Healing Place Church where she has had the honor of serving alongside others in another country to help provide orthopedic based care to children of special needs families.

My name is Melinda Hooper. In 2009 I relocated to Baton Rouge from the pacific northwest and in 2014, when I joined Dr. Cathy and her team at Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic, I found a new sense of home. I have had the pleasure over the years to assist Dr. Cathy grow her business and to witness just how limitless the benefits of chiropractic care can be. Though I have worn many hats (and hair colors) in my current role as Financial Manager and HR representative, I am passionate about making sure the office runs smoothly to better ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. While, I am usually working from my home office, I love to pop in and say hello in both locations! I am eager to assist with any billing and insurance questions you may have!
Brittany Halpin

My name is Brittany, originally from central New Jersey, I have called Louisiana home since 2015. I have been part of Dr. Cathy and the Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic team since 2018. Over the years I could be found in many different areas of the office including front desk reception, chiropractic assistant as well as certified in taking X-Rays. My experience and expertise in all aspects of the clinic have prepared me for my current role as Office Manager for both our Baton Rouge and Denham Springs locations. I make it a personal goal to ensure that every patient walks out of the office having a complete understanding of their chiropractic care. I would be happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Hi, my name is Olivia. I was born and raised in Louisiana, although I did live and attend college in North Carolina. I am working on obtaining a bachelor's degree in social work. I believe that the interactions here at Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic will help me greatly in training for my future in social work. Being able to watch Dr Cathy help so many people makes me absolutely love my job! I love eating creole food and of course my favorite colors are purple and gold!

Massage Therapist
Rachael was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She graduated from the University of Lafayette in 2000 in general studies, but soon realized her true love was in health and wellness. She has been a licensed massage therapist and has worked with Dr Cathy for 18 years.
She performs deep tissue, prenatal and stress relief massage. She specializes in sciatic pain, headaches, upper back pain and more.
Rachael is effective in her deep tissue work while maintaining a spa like relaxing setting. She also incorporates heat and tapotement therapies encouraging the muscles to relax for deeper results. She loves people and take great pride in coming up with a wellness plan catered to her clients. The greatest reward is providing relief from chronic pain and eventually graduating her patients to a maintenance plan. She absolutely loves what she does and feels like it's her true calling.
Noah Landry

My name is Noah Landry. I am a born and raised Louisianian. My hometown is Bruly, but I thoroughly enjoy traveling. I have lived in carious cities across south Louisiana as well as Missouri. Growing up wrestling and finding a passion in it, I always knew I wanted to help others the way other medical professionals and coaches helped me. I enjoy focused and concentrated therapy work, mainly implementing a lot of streth therapy, myofascial, cross fiber friction and trigger point techniques. The areas I specialize in are glutes, shoulders, and low back, as those are problem areas I see in myself. I look forward being able to assist in bettering your quality of life!
Ashley Moock
Massage Therapist
Ashley is married with 3 beautiful children. Ashley has been licensed since 2013 and has been working with Doctor Cathy since 2014. She specializes in pain relief and rehab for repetitive stress injuries, acute injures and chronic pain. She is prenatal certified and can provide therapy for pregnant women from 12 -41 weeks. Using a handful of modalities, she can also assist with pain relief for TMJ, sciatica, rotator cuff syndrome, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, muscle sprains and strains, sports injuries, tension headaches & migraines, arthritis & rheumatoid arthritis, carpal tunnel, and fibromyalgia to name a few.
Ashley's goal is always to produce tangible results. She enjoys watching clients experience relief and leave with more range of motion and mobility and less pain.

My name is Mimi and I came to work for Dr Cathy a year ago. I am 80 yrs old and have a very blessed life. Tuesday and Thursday are when I'm in the office and love every minute of it. I love being with my family and friends, and of course the people I work with. I give my time to my church in the food pantry and spend time with my friends where we meet as fellowship. My greatest joy is meeting people and exchanging stories. I am so thankful for Dr Cathy for giving me the chance to be in the position I am in at Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic.
